FirstRunner

Terms of Service

Last updated 8 October 2026

What FirstRunner is

FirstRunner is an information service. It detects new token factories and newly launched tokens on public blockchains and delivers alerts that describe on-chain facts: contract addresses, factory age, verification status, deployer history, metadata and liquidity.

Not financial advice

Nothing FirstRunner publishes is investment, trading, legal or tax advice, and no alert is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Newly launched tokens are extremely high-risk and frequently lose all value. Any decision you make is yours alone.

No guarantee of accuracy or timing

Blockchain data, third-party indexers and RPC providers can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Alerts are delivered on a best-effort basis and may be late, missing or inaccurate. We do not guarantee uptime.

Third-party links

Alerts may include links to block explorers, charting sites or trading bots operated by others. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them. Some links may carry a referral code.

Acceptable use

Do not resell, scrape or redistribute alerts without permission, and do not use the service for market manipulation or any activity that is illegal where you live.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FirstRunner is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service or reliance on its alerts.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
